  • Download content that you do not have the right to access or download
  • Circumvent digital rights management (DRM) protections

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

Important: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the extension complies with all applicable laws and the terms of service of the websites you visit. We do not encourage or condone the downloading of copyrighted material without permission.

4. License to Use

4.1 Free Version

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the free version of the extension for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4.2 Paid Version

Upon purchase of a Paid license, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Paid version of the extension. The license is:

  • Personal: For your individual use only
  • Perpetual: Valid for the lifetime of the product (for lifetime licenses)
  • Multi-device: Can be used on multiple devices you personally own

You may NOT share, sell, sublicense, or transfer your license key to others.

5. Payment and Refunds

5.1 Pricing

Paid license pricing is displayed on our website. All prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location (handled by our payment processor).

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Polar's terms of service.

5.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@videodownloader-ofa.com.

After 30 days, refunds are provided at our discretion for technical issues that we cannot resolve.

6. Intellectual Property

The extension, including its code, design, features, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the extension
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Create derivative works based on the extension

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The extension will meet your specific requirements
  • The extension will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The extension will work with all websites or video formats
  • Any errors in the extension will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the extension
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the extension
  • Any content downloaded using the extension

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRO LICENSE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the extension
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
  • Any content you download using the extension

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the extension immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your license to use the extension is revoked
  • You must uninstall the extension from all devices
  • We may disable your license key

Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Severability
